Hiding Specific Icons Control Panel

Tips Menyembunyilkan icon in Control Panel. Control Panel contains menus that arerepresented by icons serve to make vital arrangements relating to the system andcomputer hardware. Use by people who do not know or even people who are not liable tocause the system or hardware does not run properly. If worrying about it, we can hidesome icons that we consider "vulnerable" in the Control Panel so that not every user canaccess it.



The steps are as follows.


First, run REGEDIT by clicking [Start]> [Run] then type "regedit" (without the quotes) and press OK or ENTER until the Registry Editor window will appear.


Second, click the HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Control Panel \ do not load


Third, right-click on the folder do not load and then click [New]> [String Value] and thenrename the existing file name in the Control Panel.


For example, if we want to hide the Phone and Modem Options icon then rename thestring value with telephon.cpl or if you want to hide the Internet Options icon then name itinet.cpl.


Fourth, fill in the value data to 0.
Fifth, close the Registry Editor


Sixth, restart the computer


Nowclick Control Panel and make sure the Control Panel icon we want to hide really do not arise.

To find out the file names of each icon in the Control Panel more we can find it by using the Search facility and type in keywords *. Cpl on the "All or part of the file name".
