How to Display Text Messaging Before Logon. If you want, we can display a text messagebefore logon. Logon process will stop when the text message is shown and will continue after we are done click "OK". The steps are as follows.
First, run regedit by clicking [Start] >> [Run] then type "regedit" (without the quotes) and then ENTER or OK so the Registry Editor window will appear.
Secondly, click HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows NT \CurrentVersion \ Winlogon

Fourth, on the string edit box, type a string value that we want to show the menubar and then proceed by clicking OK.
